When you can cash out

On selected events and markets, before the match and in-play.
On singles and multiples, including accas.
The Cash Out amount can be less than your stake.

When cash out is not available

If bet365 does not provide in-play coverage for the match, or coverage stops.
On bets placed with Bet Credits, unless the Cash Out amount is more than the credits used.
Whenever bet365 suspends it: bet365 says it cannot guarantee Cash Out will be available.

Partial and auto cash out

bet365's UK help page on Cash Out, as we read it on 17 Oct 2026, does not describe partial or auto cash out, so we don't say whether they are available. Check the app before you rely on either.

Cash out and the Acca Boost

Bets you cash out are not eligible for bet365's Acca Boost. If you cash out an acca, any boost is lost.

What is cash out?

Cash out lets you settle a bet before the event ends, for more or less than your potential return. It can be less than your stake. Cash out is never guaranteed. Bookmakers can suspend it at any time, and it is often unavailable on free bets or very large accas.

Can I always cash out?

No. Every bookmaker we checked says cash out can be suspended or withdrawn.
