Who we are

The data controller for bookierules.com is Westloop BV, a private limited company registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42191248), Utrecht, the Netherlands. Contact: hello@bookierules.com.

What we collect today

BookieRules is a static website. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or user accounts, and we do not set cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Newsletter

The newsletter is not live yet and no email addresses are collected. When it launches, we will only collect your email address with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), only for adults aged 18 or over, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We will update this policy and name any email provider we use before collecting data.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Affiliate links

Some links to bookmakers may be affiliate links. When you click one you leave our site and the bookmaker's own privacy and cookie policy applies. The bookmaker may tell us that a customer arrived through our link, but not who you are.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a limited period. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@bookierules.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
