Short answer

3-day windowHouse rule or limit

Paddy Power abandoned matches, explained

What happens to a Paddy Power bet if the match is postponed or abandoned?

Otherwise single bets are void and accas settle on the remaining selections. From Paddy Power's football rules, checked 19 Oct 2026. Abandoned after kick-off: decided bets stand, others void, unless a restart within 3 days is announced within 3 hours.
What is abandoned matches?
If a match is abandoned or postponed, each bookmaker applies its own house rule. Markets already decided usually stand, and the rest are void. The key difference is the time window. A postponed match may still count if it is played the same day, within 48 hours, or within a few days, depending on the bookmaker.
Do I get my stake back if a match is postponed?
Usually yes, if the match is not played within the bookmaker's window. In an acca the void leg is removed and the rest runs on.
