What we couldn't confirm

Betfred's football rules describe the market in one line. They don't say which leagues it covers, whether it is pre-match only, whether it counts in accas or Bet Builders, or how a 2 Up bet works with Cash Out. We checked on 19 Oct 2026. Check the market itself on Betfred before you bet.

2 Up at other UK bookmakers

Most UK bookmakers we cover offer a 2 Up style market, but the details differ: which leagues, pre-match or in-play, and whether it counts in an acca.

What is early payout?
Early payout, often called 2 Up, settles a pre-match match result bet as a winner as soon as your team goes two goals ahead, even if the match finishes level or lost. The details differ more than the name suggests. Some bookmakers apply it to their standard match result market, others only to a separate 2 Up market with slightly shorter prices. Eligible competitions, multiples and extra time rules also vary.
Is 2 Up the same at every bookmaker?
No. Some apply it to the normal Full Time Result market and others to a separate 2 Up market. Check which market the offer covers.
Does early payout count in an acca?
At several bookmakers the leg is marked as won and the acca runs on. The table shows what each bookmaker says.
